STEP 1

Take the leap to transform your life and sign up. Choose your package and get started!

STEP 2

Once you have signed up, you will receive an email asking you to fill out a detailed questionnaire. This will help us get familiar with your goals and allow us to take the next steps. 

STEP 3

You will receive your initial nutrition recommendations and nutrition tip guide! From here, you and your coach will dive into what works best for YOU, customize your nutrition plan and figure out what can be done to achieve your goals! 

STEP 4

Each week your coach will review your progress and adjust your nutrition plan accordingly! You will receive support, accountability and advice to help you move closer to your desired goals. Each plan is customized to each individual and their lifestyle.

BAYLEE (RAYL) CHRISTOPHEL

A level 8 gymnast, collegiate golfer, high school basketball player 5x CrossFit Games athlete, Baylee is no stranger to athletics and what it takes to compete at the highest level. After suffering a brain injury in high school, she was taken completely out of sports and her body was transformed into one that was totally unrecognizable to herself. Refusing to become a victim to her injury, Baylee decided to take matters into her own hands and learn the ins and outs of nutrition. Using herself as her own personal experiment, she transformed her body and mind into the healthiest state it had ever been. After furthering her nutrition knowledge with the Precision Nutrition Level 1 & Level 2 courses, she desires to help others reach their full human potential and use the gifts God has given them to achieve greatness.
